This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the Reform MD Rx Privacy Policy and describes our practices regarding Consumer Health Data that may be protected under applicable state consumer health privacy laws, including laws in Washington and Nevada. It applies only to information that qualifies as Consumer Health Data under those laws and only to the extent those laws apply.

Reform MD Rx does not sell Consumer Health Data for monetary consideration. We will obtain consent or authorization for collection, use, sharing, or sale of Consumer Health Data when required by applicable law.
