Return & Cancellation Policy

At Reform MD Rx, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent return and cancellation process for prescription treatment orders.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

Once your consultation with a licensed healthcare provider has been completed, you have 24 hours from the completion of your consultation to cancel your prescription order.

If you wish to cancel, you must contact Reform MD Rx within this 24-hour period.

After the 24-Hour Window

After 24 hours have passed from the completion of your consultation, your prescription order can no longer be canceled. Our pharmacy partners generally begin processing prescription orders quickly, with pharmacy turnaround typically occurring within 1–2 business days and up to 3 business days.

Because the prescription may already be in pharmacy processing after the 24-hour cancellation period, we are unable to provide a cancellation or refund after that period.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If your item does not meet your expectations or you have any concerns, we encourage you to contact us so we can work together to find a solution. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to address any issues.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your prescription has been processed, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for processing and delivery.
